📢 Important Announcement for Discord users: Changes to Discord Channel Structure Dear Factor Community Members We are excited to share some important updates regarding our Discord channel structure. In order to facilitate the launch of the V2 Testnet and enhance community organization, we will be implementing a few changes. These changes aim to create a more streamlined experience, improve communication, and provide better support for our community. Here's a summary of the upcoming changes: 1️⃣ New Channels: We will be introducing new channels specifically dedicated to the upcoming V2 Testnet. These channels will be the go-to place for discussing all things related to V2, including updates, announcements, feedback, and bug reports. 2️⃣ Community Organization: To ensure smoother collaboration and engagement, we will be introducing new channels for specific topics.This will help maintain focused discussions and provide a better platform for seeking assistance and sharing ideas. 3️⃣ Channel Consolidation: In an effort to avoid channel clutter and improve readability, we will consolidate similar channels and archived outdated one in Archive category . This will streamline the channel list and make it easier to find relevant information and participate in discussions. 4️⃣ Moderation and Support: Ticketing system will be implemented and moderation team from community (@Community Guardians) will be supporting us to monitor the channels to maintain a healthy environment and assist with any questions or issues you may encounter.
